We built the tool we needed. Then we opened it up.

We run swim schools. A dozen staff across two sites meant tax forms in email, first-aid certificates in camera rolls, and a spreadsheet of expiry dates that was out of date the day after someone updated it.

Every new starter meant a week of chasing paperwork. Every audit meant an afternoon of checking who was qualified for what.

So we built the system we wished we'd had. Every feature exists because we needed it on a Monday morning.

Onboardly now runs our own onboarding and compliance. It reads certificates, reminds people before anything expires, and gets new starters ready before their first shift.

It works just as well for a gym, a childcare centre, a clinic or a café, so we've opened it up to any Australian small business that hires people and needs their paperwork in order.
